Lanolin wool is a natural product renowned for its soothing properties. It is made from pure virgin sheep’s wool and contains lanolin, which is valued for its nourishing and soothing effects on the skin. Greasy wool is often used to treat various skin problems such as skin irritation, soreness or sore nipples. It has a warming effect, helps regulate moisture levels and promotes the skin’s natural regeneration.

Our high-quality sheep’s wool comes 100% from certified organic livestock farming. It is gently washed and combed to preserve its natural properties. With its high residual fat content (lanolin), our sheep’s wool is a traditional home remedy for soothing sore nipples, babies’ bottoms and much more.

Unlike other greasy wools, which are treated and bleached, our greasy wool comes from sheep farms in southern Germany and is untreated – which is why it has its natural yellowish-cream colour.
